Hello South Kendall Animal Hospital clients,
We have a very exciting announcement! Effective February 21st, we will be modifying our curbside pet appointment services.
Here's what you can expect...
Pets with doctor appointments may now enter the building with 1 human companion:
- We are requiring every client (vaccinated and unvaccinated) to wear a surgical-grade, KN95 or N95 mask that covers the mouth and nose, please.
- For the safety of our team, cloth masks or bandanas will not be permitted. We can provide hospital-approved masks to those without.
When you arrive, please remain in your car and give us a call to:
- Let us know you've arrived.
- Provide your pet's medical history to our nurse.
When we're ready to see your pet, we will call to notify you. You can choose to join him/her or remain in your car:
- If you choose to join your pet, we'll have you bring in your pet (wearing your mask covering your mouth and nose for the duration of the appointment) and guide you straight into an exam room where we ask you to remain until the appointment is complete, at which time our team will guide you to check you out in our lobby.
- We will provide full curbside service for those with pet appointments who are not comfortable entering the hospital.
***Please note: medication, food pickups, tech appointments, and drop-offs will remain curbside.
It is our goal to keep everyone safe. If you are experiencing any symptoms of COVID-19 or have a fever, please do not enter the building. We kindly request that you have a guardian come in your place or reschedule your appointment.
Thank you for your continued understanding and support,
