As Assistant Reception Supervisor, Lorrie plays a leading role in the coordination of all reception area activities and is a client relations expert.  Having compassion for people and animals, and understanding the concerns clients have for their pets, Lorrie provides every client with exceptional customer care.  Among her favorite moments at work are seeing the faces of pet owners when their pet has been saved.  Lorrie and Tony share their home with “Twix” their cat and rabbit “Lambis”.  Born in New Jersey, vacation time takes her back to New Jersey to see family and friends.
