We have the ability to perform in-house laboratory testing which greatly enhances the speed of diagnosis of your pet’s medical condition.  We pride ourselves with the efficiency and accuracy of our medical lab.

We recently purchased a new Abaxis CBC machine which tells us the red-blood count, white-blood count, and numerous other parameters.  This will allow us to recognize if your pet has an infection, anemic infection, dehydration, or any other problems.  In addition, we have a new Abaxis serum analyzer that within 15 minutes will produce serological results on kidneys, liver, and electrolytes.

A recently acquired Synbiotics clotting-profiling machine can aid in confirming bleeding disorders, acquired or congenital.  The cytology lab is used to identify abnormalities in ear infections, tumors, and blood disorders.  We can also send these online to histopathologists who can confirm or deny any suspicions.  In short, we have a modern, efficient diagnostic laboratory which will better facilitate an accurate and prompt diagnosis for your pet.
